Posted by Birch River Coffee Admin on

The glossary of terms related to coffee can be overwhelming, what happened to just having a good cup of coffee?

As the popularity and accessibility of coffee has increased, the options seem to be endless.  This is good news for you, the coffee drinker!

At Birch River Coffee, we tout that most of our coffees are 'Single-Origin', so what does that mean?

Simply put, single origin coffee is sourced from a specific area or region and not mixed with other beans, referred to as 'blends'.

Single origin coffees possess a unique flavor profile that gives. you a distinct coffee experience.

Here are a few of our favorite, find your favorite or try out a few to create a true coffee adventure.
